Manage structural steel projects, ranging from 15 to 2700 tons, through
interaction with various departments, and provide ongoing
communication and support, with outside clients, to meet the

department, production, and customers, to determine schedules. Review bids
and drawings, to ensure work is done consistant with scope. Make sure all
certifications, and procedures are delivered to city, or county. Set up, and
maintain all history of project. Maintain customer communications.
Review revisions, and do take-offs as necessary, to determine change orders.
Make sure all codes are met. Coordinate with credit department. Coordinate
With purchasing, to ensure all material, is on hand. Process back charge
Reports, write and follow up on RFI’s, and research any accounting issues.
Review and resolve any field issues that may arise. Coordinate meetings, as
Deemed necessary. Make sure all projects runs safely, smoothly and efficiently.
Work with estimating department, estimating projects.

and monthly reports, RFI’s, and CCD’s. Also in charge of all design aspects,
including purchasing of all materials. Estimate revisions and ccd’s when
needed.
